RISE TOGETHER

SCROLL DOWN

RISE TOGETHER

 AS ONE

WE DEFY GRAVITY

We see...

A darkened arena. A single spotlight reveals the Notre Dame Men’s Basketball Team. Pregame. On the bench. Waiting.

A faint buzz gives way to a low rumble. The magic begins to boil. The monogram, the fans, the team generate the power. The power to defy the odds. The energy to rise above what critics predict.

One by one as players rise from the bench, they also rise from the floor—weightless.

In flight above the rim; their feet, the ball, the monogram, even their jerseys are weightless in this hyper-real, zero-gravity world where they rule the boards. Where we, the Notre Dame family, become one.

And we all defy gravity, when we…

RISE TOGETHER.

HOUSTON ROCKETS INTRO VIDEO

  •  We like some of the transitions that fit the gravity theme. Also, note the moment when the team is lined up and rises slowly off the floor. We hope to take this concept to another level.

SUPER SLOW MOTION AND PARTICLE EFFECTS

  • Ad Sports TV - Fencing by Anders Schroder. We love the camera work here and the edit. Disregard the hyper-real setting under a metro overpass at night. The jump sequence at :08—the super slow-mo, speed ramping, ultra sharp, and maybe even the particles are all things we love for our concept.
